Well, you mentioned that Levin might be fearful of Bush cutting federal jobs and I thought that the federalization of airport security added quite a few to their ranks...how is that changing the subject Ben?

Fact is, the most that will likely happen is a shuffle of federal employees...take some here, put some there.
