And, of course, no physical description of the suspects --

If they were blonde haired, over 60, bring em in for grilling.

Red Alert, Charlie Brown is in a tan PT Cruiser!

And that great Ace, Snoopy, is patrolling the skies above Washington, D.C. in his Sopwith Camel...
To: cynicom
Actually, the report I saw on the local news last night said that they were white males. A PT Cruiser is certainly an odd vehicle to do terrorist spying in.

A PT Cruiser is certainly an odd vehicle to do terrorist spying in. You can rent anything with a fake ID and cash.

>...a tan PT Cruiser with Canadian license plates Hmmm. Trish is Canadian--

I think she should be interrogated immediately. And, if everyone else is busy with weekend stuff, I guess I'll be available to tackle the job...

A tan PT Cruiser with Canadian license platesThe occupants of the vehicle were seen by airport security staff taking pictures of aircraft flight operations, aircraft fuel services and the Raytheon aircraft maintance facilities over a "prolonged period of time" according to a Raytheon employee. When the people were approached by airport security, they ran to the PT Cruiser and recklessly left the parking lot according to the same witness.
This sounds more like rich kids/Euro plane spotters than anything else. Embry Riddle is letting out for the summer and it would not surprise me one bit if this was just a car load of Canuks Yuppie Liberal rich kids rolling into town, snapping photos of some jets and heading on home.
When I attended ERAU there was a lot of Canadian and European kids there whos parents we very wealthy, these kids usually drove nice cars and lived in off campus houses or apartments their parents rented or bought for them.
I somehow doubt this is terrorist related
maybe tourist related, but not terrorist related.

That Cessna stolen from Daniel Field (Augusta, GA) is still missing. It was reported stolen about June 9.
Also, yesterday there was a report that agents were looking for a black Toyota (Baja, MX plates) reportedly hauling 800 lbs of cyanide in the San Diego area.
Seems alot of things are going on.

Trish is nice, but I would prefer a comprehensive investigation of THIS lady first..

Seems alot of things are going on.
It's guaranteed to SEEM that way if people LOOK for things going on and make a point of collecting them in one place.

Yeah,you're right.Nothing is really going on.Never mind.
Would that we had "collected everything in one place"-and I mean EVERYTHING- prior to September 11,2001.Perhaps 3,000 + people would still be alive.

Stacy will take these important reports to the FBI immediately..

To quote "Iuvzhottea",
"...Grab your Tinfoil hat..."
So they were taking pictures...so what?
So they drove away in a PT cruiser. So What?
So they sped away when approached?
It doesn't mean anything.
It's all your fear.
It's not real.
We are safer now than ever before.

they ran to the PT Cruiser and wrecklessly left the parking lot according to the same witness. No wrecks on the way out, eh?
(Hint: Try "recklessly". The root word, "reck", comes from the Old Norse word "roekja", to have/take care).
I'm always amused by this misspelling (which is why I bothered to post a spelling correction). One time I actually saw a truck on the freeway that had a professionally printed sign on the back that said "Report wreckless driving to 1-800-XXX-XXXX". I was tempted to call the number and say, "I'm calling to report that your truck hasn't had a wreck yet, just as the sign asked me to", but I didn't think they'd get the joke.
