Is there a better photo of him out there? It is hard to see his facial features. Also, is that a big moustache he is wearing? Did he have that moustache in April 1995?

VAN SUSTEREN: Now, Jayna, obviously, that was not the theory of the prosecution of Timothy McVeigh. Why did the United States not pursue that theory if you believe it's so strong? Because it did not fit into the SCRIPT that the OKC bombing was SOLELY the work of angry "right-wing" white guys.

I don't see the moustache. Underneath his nose is a very dark area that could be either a large Groucho Marx type moustache or just bad lighting.
