Sorry Mortimer but I don't agree with your analysis. If you read the article closely you would see that all Muslims seek world domination; some simply use the less visibly violent methods of exercised social and political power. The differences between Western culture and Islam are irreconcilable, i.e., unless you have a secret desire to be Muslim or a second class citizen.
Evidence demonstrates that the Muslim Turks are well reconciled with "Western culture."
I find lknur's brand of "Fundamentalist Islam" (and fundaments a-plenty she has indeed, har!) rather alluring indeed, especially after bin-Laden declared the Turks to be heathens, right up there with the US of A.
