President Bush headed to Florida today to attend a fundraiser for his brother, Gov. Jeb Bush. While in Florida, Bush visited Marks Street Senior Center in Orlando, and spoke once again about physical fitness and addressed the homicide bombings in Israel. The President also attended a senior fitness class while at the Marks Street Center. Enjoy your daily dose of Dubya!

Thank you for today's wonderful photos of those handsome, right-thinking Bushes.
ollie, I have quit listening to Rush but turned it on for a bit today and that substitute was offensively insulting Pope John Paul II and I shut it off again.

I just bopped over and started reading Annie's weekend compliment thread. It's up to over 800, so I don't know how long it'll take to get overwhelmed.

I've been thinking about what you said the other day -- the Dose NEEDS a meeting in or near D.C.!!!!

AGYG really thought of a great thread today, It was way over due. Between the cronic complainers and the professionals, this place has been a tad bit nasty lately.

Thanks so much for the daily dose. You were so kind to mention us on the compliment thread and I wanted to respond but thought this would be a better place. You are a gem and it is now about the only place I come to on FR. I tried to a.m. but saw that ridiculous post about "where in the constitution does it say the president should visit senior citizen centers" and decided I have better things to do than read and try to respond to idiots like that!
My political realm is getting pretty small these days: no Rush, no Hannity, no FOX NEWS even, and very little FR! The Dose is my sanctuary! So, thanks so much for what you do every night.
And thanks also to all the BushBabes and Bucks who make this such an enjoyable place each evening.

this place has been a tad bit nasty lately. That's why I don't drop in as much as before. Who needs it?
To: swheats
Connected - yes. Just not conducted. Many of the patterns in life are formed not from the imposed will of some separate being, but from the rythmic acts of the pattern elements themselves.
There usually is not some bad guy or committee deciding this stuff "from on high." Several bad guys doing their darnedest to rush out in front of the mob, incite further riot to their selfish ends and take credit for "leading." But they're not essential to the illness. Others would take their place in a heart beat.
For example, in our own nations Capital, the illness is deeper than just the Klintoons. As Bush knew when he took the job - Washington is rife with Godless, lying liberals.
When we recognize how important it is to raise our Children with an understanding of what's right and wrong, of responsibility and faith, we are acknowledging that it's all of us, not just the few select leaders, who determine the future of our civilization.
If this doesn't make sense - that's ok. My take on things tends to be a couple degrees further removed from the norm than most people.

And THANK YOU FWI for your faithfulness in posting the proverb/psalm each night/morning. They truly are wonderful to read and shed incredible wisdom on the times in which we are living.

If Vegas stays in the news for terrorists attacks, we might need to be leaving Sin City for awhile. :)
When's the best time to be in DC? Spring, Summer or Fall? I can't believe I've never thought about it til now?

I've just ordered a couple of interesting books about the media (by Coulter) and political plays (by Dick) and once they show up, I could mail them around after reading them if anyone is interested.

I was sorry to see that FR was going to rally at Vegas. That's the one city in America that I have sworn never to set foot in.
To: Wphile
That's a great idea!
