Quick question: how did you obtain auto insurance without a DL#? Just curious as I'm afraid driving without a DL may become a necessity for many of us who refuse to knuckle under and be good little comrades.

Offhand, I'd say that you could either register the car in someone else's name or use your computer to make up a complete set of papers (using some real ones for comparison), including inspection stickers and decals for the plates.

Just a guess though.
