Look bro, you can call the federal government what ever you wish, white liberal, conservative, etc, but it is neither. All thay are concerned about is control and power. And that's exactly what they have, is control and power.
It's got to the point where voting is like a token to the peasants. They are going to do what the hell they want no matter who gets elected. We are all witnesses to this and California Proposition 187 stands as stark reminder of this.
I agree with you to a point. It is true that the 9th circuit is the most liberal circuit in the nation (they have their ruling overturned by the supreme's something like 90% of the time). It is also true that Gray Davis and Bill Lockyer refused to pursue the matter when they were elected in 1998. Tell me one conservative that was involved in overturning Prop 187, I'm not saying that there weren't any, I just don't know of them.
