For a while there the FR was developing a reputation for being the last bastion of right-wing fringers (bear with me, please) but if you go visit the DU nowadays we look like a bunch of well-reasoned statemen and women. I know we haven't changed a bit so we must thank them for turning into a bunch of raving nutters and thereby making us look good.
I agree that they've always been crazy but lately...but, hoo-boy, now they're truly certifiable. And we owe them a compliment and our thanks for that.
On a side note, if JimRob really wanted to rake in the bucks, he'd make up a bunch of "Free Johnny Lindh Walker" t-shirts and peddle them to the DUmmies. Not only would FR profit from the transaction but the DU'ers would be tarred and feathered the first time they proudly wore their new shirts in public.

LOL! You could be onto something. Yeah, "those people" at the DU are truly a strange breed, some kind of throwback or something. But they are hilarious to watch in small doses. I know Jim doesn't like the DU stuff on FR, but I have to admit that I miss some of those threads. They gave me some of the best laughs!
