Attorney slain in 100 North Main parking garage June 21, 2002

An attorney was shot to death just before 9 a.m. today as he was getting out of his car on the fourth floor of the parking garage of the 100 North Main Building.

Early reports said he was shot four times by a well dressed man sporting braids.

The shooter then fled on foot and got onto a Memphis Area Transit Authority bus.

The reason I suggested Denko is because one response from the PORT AUTHORITY was that their paperwork was lost in the collapse. Maybe someone should ask Sergei? Sounds like a job for a professional journalist, but I can't find one.

I hate to say this, but the way the Memphis media reports things he is likely Black. They only mention race in 99% of the cases if the person is White.

I recall going thru this when these guys were arrested and we couldn't find that for them. There was a lot of that in our area a few years back, companies set up on paper and registered w/Sec.State, but not an actual business. They appeared as Entities in fraud cases, but the connections went too high for anything to be done by the IRS or FBI.

But for getting exposed there were a whole maggots nest of players who lost their positions.

Obviously, Memphis has a Nigerian or Senegalan type mafia organization who has made its mark in the community. Are you telling me that the property management office at the Port Authority was in the WTC? That just doesn't make sense (the office space in that building is too valuable). One would think that they would centralize their property maintenance operations elsewhere. Fire sprinkler maintenance requires special licenses and certs and the State should have records on those as well.

I smell a coverup; but I would bet that the records have been destroyed. That would indicate the need for a hard look at organizational responsibilities within the NYPA.
