Why are you limiting your compassion to medical care? I'm sure that we could find a few unfortunates, somewhere in the world, who are in need of education and possibly even some cash.

Well, you know a house by itself is not good enough. They should come fully furnished, with a pool in the backyard. Also, we should provide every illegal with a Lexus. It's only fair!
