Thanks for posting this excerpt from this article. Gary Richardson, one of Hussain's attorneys, is the Independent candidate for governor in the upcoming race in Oklahoma. He also was a law partner of our current governor Frank Keating. Hussain appealed this ruling by Judge Leonard and it is currently with the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals. I believe that the purpose of this lawsuit was to silence KFOR and Jayna Davis.

I would like to set as a goal for those who have appreciated BlueDogDemo's contributions to Freerepublic that we post a picture of Al Hussaini on this forum, and then compare his side shot, with the John Doe #2 drawing.work in progress.

It's good to have you back for real. Padilla is a distraction, that's for sure. I'll do my best to get the side profile picture of Hussain that was shown on the John Gibson show for the Freepers to see.

Hussain appealed this ruling by Judge Leonard and it is currently with the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals. I believe that the purpose of this lawsuit was to silence KFOR and Jayna Davis. This is probably unnecessary (I'm no legal beagle), but I would caution everyone to keep the conversation and verbiage in the realm of "alleged" lest we bring JimRob or Jayna any headaches.
Besides, I can barely remember his name now. If we have to go with a pseudo-name, I'm sunk. :-)
To: BlueDogDemo
Hey, nice to see you again. But tell Nancie to write to MizSterious, my new name. ;) I have the photos, found them just the other day after a computer change. Be happy to help if I can, but would rather not link to where they're parked right now.
To: MizSterious; BlueDogDemo
It's great to see both of you again.
Okay, enough with the hug-fest. Golightly, stop messing with my head by changing names like that and not telling me. I'm always the last to know these things.
Arrrgh! It's a conspiracy!

How does a former member of the Iraqi Republican Guard, a man who fought in battle against the United States, come to this country and paint houses for a living in Oklahoma City and then move on to working on the ramp at Boston's Logan Airport and afford all this attorney work on frivolous lawsuits?

Three strikes, I'm out.Oops. Surely one of these alternatives will satisfy the Grammar Gurus on the forum...
- Three strikes; I'm out.
- Three strikes - I'm out.
- Three strikes. I'm out.
- Three strikes: I'm out.
