Yes, why wasn't President Bush on top of this in January of 1995?

"These and other unanswered questions have led to several theories that Bush let the attack happen. One being as an excuse to remove the Taliban from power in Afghanistan which was considered an obstacle to exploitation of Caspian Sea oil. Another may have been to grease the path for draconian measures through the congress. Some, including this writer, believe it to be a combination of the two." The author looses all credability with this paragraph.

CNN reported on Project Bojinka in 1995. All the info in here was pretty much available then to the american public, who refused to notice it because most of the people were more concerned about what kind of BJ BJC was happening to get.

Bush should have been aware of Project Bojinka, for sure after he took ofice.
If he wasn't, he needs to fire some incompetent advisors.

It's an editorial.
He's giving his thoughts on the matter.
Would you have a higher opinion of the author if he had said,
"No way! President Bush, our great Republican leader, wouldn't do that!!"

You dont have to be a mindnumbed Bushbot to think that that suggestion is absurd.
The mind boggles at the multiple levels of idiocy inherent in that theory.

I missed it, CJ Wolf.
I can't imagine a Presidential candidate not being aware of Project Bojinka, though.
