If they are not cleaning house there at the Justice Department, after nearly 2 years in office, then we can safely assume it is because they do not want to clean house.

But why? It comes back to the FBI files. Both sides are completely compromised. That is why they are in power. Only compromised individuals can be manipulated into submission.
