Ed Lake is the author of
www.anthraxinvestigation.com. He has a great deal of useful information, but last I checked he strongly believed that the "Milwaukee scientist" (remember him?) and an accomplice were the perpetrators. This was an early version of the Barbara Hatch Rosenberg theory.
