How can we judge his actions, lifestyle and social activites? By what do we judge? The socioeconomic status, which is similar to the vd's? That he has patents..how old are they? Does he travel to italy for his work like damon would have? Were his adult parties abnormal? How do we know what his adult parties were like? Heck, we don't even know if he really has had any. Only what he told brenda..

WHY do we not have the answers to these questions? Not important to this case or what?

Exactly what DO WE know about his social life...OOOPS..that information has not been given. We can't say that his lifestyle was great because we have no information to judge...

There are perverted collections..and the rape animations and photos of rapes of little girls are perverted collections IMHO. To those who say "There's no proof of photos of pre-pubescent girls" and to that I say...we'll see. (remember the opening statement slide show) By his perverted actions/choices, he kept the child pornography on his puter. By his own choice.

To those who say that the parents are not victims...as a parent who was victimized cuz her daughter was victimize in a traumatic way....the parents are victims.... I maintain that even parents who party can grieve...and grieving should NOT be an issue.

Now that the prosecution is almost through prosecuting the Van Dams, I expect that the defense will soon start defending David Westerfield. Time will tell, but barring the smoking gun in the next few days, he will walk. And sadly, NO ONE will ever be tried for this crime again!

It is very likely that the DA suffers from Premature Accusation.
