No finger prints of DW in the house huh? Interesting...

It is, isn't it? If there's no trace or DNA either, how do they put him in that house?

This is a situation where modern forensics cuts both ways. Now it is almost expected to prove a criminal's presence, if you know what I mean. No prints, no trace evidence, no DNA.......was he there?????

Does the "no trace or DNA" include the 2 sets of closet doors that were removed?

The subject of porn on David Westerfield’s computer has me really worried. If this is used to help convict a man of murder, we are all in trouble. We don’t control what’s in our computer’s anymore than we can control what goes into our regular mailbox, and are probably a lot less aware of it!

If some jerk sends you porn you can throw it away (LE found it in your garbage) or maybe it would be better to burn it (LE found evidence that you tried to destroy evidence of porn), you could take it the post office and file a complaint (calling attention yourself).

If your have say a 20 gig hard drive, you have space for maybe a million dirty pictures. If you try to erase them, they don’t really go away (very easy for LE to find). They can be hidden in other file types (LE uses signature analysis to detect images hidden in other types of files).

Do a simple test and do file find for just *.jpg. I’ll bet you have no idea what many of them are (The porno hunters will though). Any of them have suggestive names? Or meaningless numbers?

If a young child was sexual molested and killed in your neighborhood tomorrow, would some of your neighbors say you didn’t like kids, or you did like kids, or maybe that you liked kids too much? Which one would make you a non-suspect? So you let ‘em search your home. Any strange fibers, or fingerprints, or blood drops. Do you buy bleach, or oxyclean? Is your home too messy, too clean or just right.

Do you own a knife collection (400 for $100 on late night TV) a gun or binoculars or a telescope. Booze or dope in your home. Any “bomb” making chemicals like fertilizer and gasoline? Firecrackers? Do you own pliers or a pipe wrench? Any old pieces of pipe lieing around. Gun powder for reloading? Strange tools?

I’m going to reformat my hard drives now, bye!

I find it very odd that his prints were not in the MH...would like to know where they printed for him...when they say no prints...did they print the steering wheel and door handle and there were none or just print odd spots and then say no prints?
