I thought Skakel really went down cuz of all the confessions he's made over the years?

About the boxers - I thought they were trying to imply that DW went into the dry cleaner's in his skivvies - you know the thin boxer type shorts and t-shirt - but didn't he drop off the comforters and covers on the first trip to the cleaner's? OK - he's got blood or other evidence all over the clothes he was wearing - so he ditches them somewhere and walks into the cleaners in his underwear and barefoot - but then later returns with clothes to be laundered - and it's one of those items that has the blood on it? I don't get it.

Here is the DVD PH regarding the stairs & gate...I'm confused as to how he only went into the entryway but then put up the gate and showed people but didn't let them in the room...We know the gate and vacuuming was done by 10am on 2/3 per Dorie Savage, forensic specialist.

Dorie Savage arrived at 10am..gate was up...shell casing was now on Danielles bedroom floor....not sure who the "we" is that put up gate.

Per this testimony, it does appear the neighbors vacuumed the stairway but he put up gate.
