Just to let you know that I'm still searching. I think the jacket story has to be from his{DW}friends Carmen Genovese or Wes Hill{from Utah} or the ex BIL Johnny Neal.

I believe her two front teeth and a canine where dislodged and only two were recovered with the body, but I'm not sure which is still missing.

Thanks, Valpal1. Do you know how many teeth she was missing before her abduction? Was she only missing just those two teeth to begin with?

I don't know that this has been explicitly covered in trial testimony, but from the pics, it looks like she is only missing those two side front teeth.

knew everything that went on in our town by the manner that their customers brought in their dry-cleaning

Hey, that's EXTREMELY interesting and relates to this case. Did you hear the testimony of the dry cleaning lady who helped DW that day? She said his behaviour had changed, that he refused to make eye contact. Connecting this to what you said.. "know thy customers"...she may have been the most important eyewitness so to speak available.

I only worked at my grandparents cleaners when I was a young teen but I learned a lot about waiting on the public and making change. I didn't have anything to do with the cleaning process though. Unless a customer would point out a stain we did not search an article of clothing for one. I remember I was supposed to pin something on the stain to mark it so the cleaner could work on it. When I take stuff to the cleaners nowadays even when I point out stains sometimes they don't work on them. I just thought the dry cleaning ladie's observations about Westerfield are important because she is one of the first people to have talked to him after he came back from his motor home pilgrimage. I am still not convinced that he is guilty though. There has not been a lot of testimony that has been convincing but the dry cleaning ladies testimony sounds more authentic than any of the experts. (is a Word Wrap some kind of syllable sandwich?)

Can you imagine what 20 days of defense witnesses are going to do to this incredably weak case!

I can't believe DW wouldn't leave something of himself behind in the Van Dams. Was he barefoot? Otherwise he should have had shoes w. Van Dam carpet fiber. Masks, gloves, etc. -- Westerdude is obviously no genius -- if he'd used those, I'd half expect to see them on his infamous "shopping list."

Hi JJ and NG!! AM SO HAPPY to post again. :)

Honeyboo, with all the cross contamination talk, maybe HE drug the vd's fibers to his MH, somehow..and cleaned his shoes on the "hose" out in the front yard before he snuck in the vd home. (/some sarcasm is now off)

I think it's pretty clear now that Danielle was in the motorhome, but no one seems to be able to prove when and under what circumstanses. I like the Chistmas Bike story, I made up. Atleast a month of defense left to go.

Glad you are back Kim. We're like family here and when one and in this case two went missing, there was no one to take your place. We may not always agree but each one has something to add to the discussion. Besides, it would soon get boring if everyone agreed all the time,eh?

Welcome back!

Funny you mention van Dam carpet fiber, because I believe they are going to show their carpet fiber at his house.

There was much discussion here that the carpeting in the neighborhood would all be alike so how could this be shown. Well, there has now been testimonty that the vD carpet is a mauve plush, and DW carpet is a tan berber.
