Here's the new thread, all ready for Thursday.

Testimony recently discussed includes fingerprint evidence, as well as Westerfield's clean laundry. The Van Dam home was (strangely) devoid of fingerprints, except for a couple of latents that didn't match any of the pizza party people or, apparently, David Westerfield.

Westerfield's motorhome didn't contain any of his fingerprints, but did have one print from Danielle L. (the daughter of Westerfield's ex-girlfriend), Jennifer (a friend of Danielle L.), and a partial from Danielle Van Dam.

The prosecution said yesterday that they would be finished "in seven court days".

swab of garage floor....very small amt of human DNA was recovered...attempt made...no results obtained......3 stains on stairway...no DNA recovered from those samples..attempts unsuccessful...no indication of human DNA.....these are from VD's.....

They were never warned or given a timeout, to my knowledge, before being banned from the threads, quite unlike A+Bert who, as I remember, was constantly being given second chances to behave.

No DNA on curtains.

sd curtain was no human DnA??.....nail clippings originated from Danielle...DNA consistant w/Danielle.....swab of neck area of body...no detectable amts of DNA recovered..none obtained.....swab of back neck area..no human DNA recovered.

approx size of carpet stain...not precise...in course of testing, fibers were disturbed and size accuracy could not be done....estimate...1/4" in diameter..that is pre chemical testing...she is going by memory..not in her notes at all.

That works except there would be blood in the street, on dw car, etc. With the fingerprint and the girls blood on his stuff it would appear DW did it, but something is not right. I am leaning to DVD having something to do with it and he is framing DW. Maybe DW was involved as well.

Has anything been said about the VD's financal records? I would like to know how deep in debt they are.

hmmmmn - no photos taken of blood stain before testing - or at all in it's original environment if I heard right - lost courtTV now - what's with the lack of photos - suspiciouss or inept?

left hand nail clippings...wasn't present at clipping....DW is excluded from clippings under both hands

cannot tell when blood got there, how or how long it had been there...Feldman is done...Clarke...no foriegn DNA under nails..everyone is excluded
