WESTERFIELD TRIAL: Week Three - Day Four
San Diego Courtroom Trial

Here's the new thread, all ready for Thursday.
Testimony recently discussed includes fingerprint evidence, as well as Westerfield's clean laundry. The Van Dam home was (strangely) devoid of fingerprints, except for a couple of latents that didn't match any of the pizza party people or, apparently, David Westerfield.
Westerfield's motorhome didn't contain any of his fingerprints, but did have one print from Danielle L. (the daughter of Westerfield's ex-girlfriend), Jennifer (a friend of Danielle L.), and a partial from Danielle Van Dam.
The prosecution said yesterday that they would be finished "in seven court days".

The Van Dams have testified that Danielle had "nose-bleeds". The blood on the bean bag chair in her room is not a factor, IMO.

Ditto post #186. I wish to add my plea.
I believe her (MizSterious) punishment as well as that of ~Kim4VRWC's~ may have been more the product of frustration by the AM than any offense committed.
We are a passionate bunch and things get heated. That is not unusual with differing opinions.
Please reconsider for the sake of all and in the support of freedom to speak one's mind.

How strange, DW maybe wiped down the MH, removing all prints, including his. But he possibly left a dead body with a shock of his hair in her hand. Odd.
He snuck into a neighbor's house, leaving no trace, secreted out a little girl. After perhaps molesting her, he dumped her body in the desert, far away from her and his home.
But he drove either a dead body, or a kidnapped child, or perhaps a raped and terrified child in the most ostentatious vehicle one could imagine, going from place to place, being seen, and risking being found out at any time. When he had an SUV that 'blended' in which he could have just made a beeline to a deephole somewhere in a sand dune.
There's not a fact about this case that doesn't have a contradiction paired with it.
The finger print is bad. I wonder how Feldman will address it, and whether or not his explanation will be believeable.

Oh WHOSE boxer shorts? DW's How can medium sized boxers be DW's? They must be his son's. DW's other pants (sweats) are either XL or XXL.
To: spectre
I thought the med. boxers were his sons.
