This is exactly how 911 was pulled off. I am very much convinced that the new group of bombers ready to go in USA are as stupid as Padilla and Reid the shoe bomber. Picking out 19 guys to inflict 911 was a miracle in body power. Those 19 were the creme of the creme so to speak. Will take years before they can find anything similar.
'Oxygen Peroxide' is an, ahem,
oxymoron. He means Hydrogen Peroxide. 3% H2O2 is a mild bleach, disinfectant, and oxidizer. 98% H2O2 is rocket oxidizer (propellant)--nasty stuff.
I assume they are working with high-concentration hydrogen peroxide. "Oxygen Peroxide" would have to be Ozone or O3. Ozone is very reactive--possibly more than fluorine. It basically considers everything else as fuel. Everything. You. Me. The desk. The jar it is sitting in. The air. Whatever. Worse, I read somewhere that concentrations of O3 higher than 15% in O2 are 'unstable'.
However, it IS a lovely permanganate purple in color.
