Well I dunno, but according to the zogsters there's this thing called "white behaviour", which seems to be one of their criteria. I'd guess "white behavior" boils down to having a set of white sheets with eyeholes, or the right kind of brown uniform. Even us KGB-employed polar bears wouldn't qualify, I'm afraid ;).
Of course no Jews would qualify either, because our friendly zogsters seem to resent anything and anyone with more IQ-points than a doorknob. That's why they're devolving, you know.
