Yes... and you can see that double-mindededness, that indecision, that desire for peace in the last four prime ministers... Peres, Netanyahu, Barak, and Sharon. Wow! All four represent four different visions on how to obtain that peace.

Isn't Peres the Foreign Minister (Secretary of State)? He's got just as much power in the Knesset as does Sharon because of the seats he controls.
