History. Israel does what it wants despite what the USA says. Israel always has and always will. There is absolutely nothing wrong with this. Israel is a sovereign state. It is natural for Israeli politicians and others to try to shift the blame to the USA too. But we are not to blame for anything which happens to or in Israel.
