I'm not sure there is such an airline. Every airline I've ever flown packs people in like sardines. I've never had the opportunity to fly first class though, perhaps it's more comfy up there. :)

Try Midwest Express. Their planes boast 2 by 2 first class size seating. Unfortunately they don't fly everywhere.
