I was working at WEAR-TV in 2002, and this case still haunts me. I was not a reporter, so I don’t know any more than you about the details. I always wondered what happened to the saw palmetto leaves. Who planted the bomb? What’s Angela Fell’s background; could an ex- of hers have planted the bomb under the truck? In the perfect world of “CSI” and “Law and Order,” the investigators wouldn’t be satisfied with simply finding a bloody guy and getting him convicted; they would pursue the motive and not let the bomb case go unsolved. Around here, they consider this a nice, neat open-and-shut case. Is anyone else here still thinking about this mystery?
Oh Man...I was JUST thinking about this MYSTERY?? This was one of the most CURIOUS, WIERD MURDERS that I have ever heard about!!! The BOMB, the Bike, the Machetti, the change of clothers, the fact he lived in another city....YIKES!! It’s a MADE FOR TV MOVIE!!
