Here's a link to a website where you can order a videotape for $20, or read much of the material for free. It will explain in great detail how

A CITIZEN OF ONE OF THE 50 STATES WITH A DOMESTIC INCOME IS NOT REQUIRED TO PAY FEDERAL INCOME TAXES !!!!

Theft by Deception

I defy anyone to watch the tape and disprove anything in it. I have watched it 6 times and researched, independently, the material presented; and I have ordered copies for many friends, some of which are lawyers and accountants. No one has been able to dispute its findings. It is well documented.

Yet we know that the federal government, as a current police state, has the POWER to force us to do almost anything, even if it does not have the Constitutional authority to do so.

Yet we know that the federal government, as a current police state, has the POWER to force us to do almost anything, even if it does not have the Constitutional authority to do so.

And that's precisely why our founders didn't believe a standing army was a proper function of the federal government. We are being forced to pay for our own incarceration and there's nothing we can do about it because not enough people will stand up together and say NO for fear of being shot as a 'threat'. We have seen what happens to those who get on the wrong side of the government ala' Waco, Ruby Ridge and others. Seeing US Citizens burned alive is an excellent deterrent for future disenters.

I hope you haven't given up on filing your taxes because, that videotape notwithstanding, the arguments in it have all been thoroughly debunked. Sorry you blew 20 bucks.

On the domestic income question, the contention in the videotape is based on a misreading of the sections they cite, which distinguish US versus non-US income for purposes of preventing double taxation by the US and another jurisdiction. They do not specify whether income is taxable or define gross income.

On the question of state citizenship versus US citizenship, that's been pretty well settled by the Fourteenth Amendment, which specifically provides that natural-born and naturalized Americans are citizens both of the United States and the state in which they reside.

Of course, none of this will prevent some people from following ignorant and discredited advice to their detriment.

Finally, I hope you aren't trusting any of the lawyers that you say found this tape convincing with any business of yours that you consider important!
