Conservatives not satisfied with Bush's record

The basic problem is that Bush is a coward. He is not willing to fight for anything. He caves at the first sign of pressure.

President Bush didn't cave while he was governor when under tremendous pressure to stay the execution of Karla Faye Tucker, from the pope and the religious right in his own party. He deployed the military for the right reasons. White collar economic terrorists are nervous in their mult-imillion dollar caves. This administration has gone after more CRIMINALS than any in memory. I share the same skepticism as others on many other issues, but many enemies of FREEDOM are taking a hit.

I busted ass for BOTH Bush brothers during their respective elections (I live in Florida). I'll put my activism to get GWB elected up against any Bush-bot, "pop-politcs" piker on this forum. I have live bodies on this forum that can attest to this.

Well, I guess my definition of divisive is a little different. As many here have said, you can disagree with the President all you want. But what makes matters become divisive are the snide little remarks such as 'droolfest', 'axis of whining...' Instead of debating political differences, it turns into a mean-spirited, naming-calling rebuffs that look more like childlike chaos in the romper room than a conservative forum where intelligent people gather.

Well, I guess my definition of divisive is a little different.

No, ma'am, it isn't. You will pretend that it is, but what all of you Bush fans really want is for everyone to move together in one direction like a swarm of lemmings. Bush's actions have caused the division among those who voted for him. I'm not part of that group and my aim is to rally those who have the same goal that I do. The people who feel betrayed by Bush are already divided from your group. You may as well accept that some don't want to be united with the democrats. That's what this "uniter-not-a-divider" hassayampa is all about, merging with the democrats.

You've missed my point. I've already acknowledged that there are differences between pro/anti Bush folks. And if you think I want everyone to like Bush, or to believe as all Bush supporters do, you are sorrily mistaken. I guarantee that every single Bush supporter will disagree with something the President has done, as well as disagree with varying political ideals of the Republican party. The difference is, we can accept these differences. What tends to happen, however, is that people end up attacking the person and not the ideal.

The problem seems to be that you simply can not understand why Bush supporters continue to support him evern though we disagree with some of the things he's done. My reply is very simple- faith, character and trust. Click here for a more detailed explanation.

I don't know about you, but I don't want to live in a world were everyone believes the same thing. How boring would that be? Sounds a bit like controlled thought to me.
