Even a brokem clock is right twice a day. I don't believe I'm actually coming up on the same side of an issue as Schumer, but in central Ohio, these vile birds are a royal pain. They foul up yards, sidewalks and parking lots with their droppings, waddle across busy streets and bring traffic to a halt, and generally make a nuisance of themselves. Oh, and you don't dare go "old-school" on these blasted animals and trap/shoot/poison them....big fines and jail time for those who do.

So because of government regulation prohibiting killing these vile animals, or in the case of New York the Sullivan Act, they need MORE government regulation to control them. Typical.

I agree...Chuckie is right on the problem but wrong on the solution. Local gummints can offer permits to hunters--we don't need the Feds on this. End of problem (and they ARE a big problem wherever they take up residence for a while).

"these vile birds are a royal pain."
Wrong! They are a tasty, succulent, juicy, treat put on this earth to be enjoyed by man if prepared correctly.
