Wait a minute. Guarding the border isn't a law enforcement function. It's primary national security, best performed by the military during a time of war. You have been on here cheering when militarized LEs killed a suspect in his house. When did you begin to worry about the military handling border security, anyway?
I'm not crazy about militarized law enforcement, but I am not one of the drooling idiots who believes in a Constitutional right to shoot at LEOs without consequence.
As for your contention: if this really is a military problem, then it needs to be solved, not perpetuated.
