June 16, 2002 -- The Jewish Defense Group - which says it wants to protect its neighborhood even as critics call them vigilantes looking to inflame tensions - will hit the streets today with its controversial armed patrols.
Leaders of the group last week raised the hackles of cops and other city leaders by vowing to patrol Jewish neighborhoods such as Borough Park and Flatbush.

I don't care if they are Jews, Christians, Muslims, Blacks, Hispanics, Korean expatriates, or Martians. In America as citizens, they all have the right to be armed and to protect their communities and fellow citizens from criminals.

It's not like, say, Saudi Arabia or Kuwait, where you can't practice another religion in public, and cannot gain citizenship through immigration at all.
Are these the people who don't work much, have huge families and live more or less off welfare? Read about one enclave (the one Hillary got the support from I think ) in which a third of the men did nothing but study the Torah and received (kinda illegally) federal money earmarked for kids education to do it.
There are no totally innocent Arabs. Many of them are like Englishmen with added homicidal mania, even.
How about you lot taking care of all the gun killings in gun-free Britain, before you start worrying about the American jooos carrying guns? Are you afraid, perhaps, that English jooos might start having ideas about self-defense too?

I am surprised that religious identity (or gender, ethnicity, sexual orientation for that matter) has anything to do with the Constitutional right to keep and bear arms.

On this thread we have bybybill, who is obviously not right of anything. Obviously not right, in fact. We have LarryLied, who is a Nazi. He may fret about that label, but anyone sifting through a ton of threads here can prove it. What's more, he is a Nazi who will obviously NOT be banned from this site, ever. That makes him a House Nazi, with this site's backing. The same goes for another poster who routinely posts his drivel from Hoffman-info and other holocoust-denial sites and who will not be banned, even though that is "oficially" a banning offense. Pinlighter is from England, a leftwing society with a gun-ban (a gun ban they have tacitly admitted is there to keep the people from getting too uppity about freedom issues - the start of their gun legislation was from fear that the workers might revolt). Vojvoda was banned, from what I understand, but then came back within hours. He has more or less admitted being a Balkans muslim.

It would appear that the so-called anti-gun freepers in this thread perhaps aren't really anti-gun. They have some sort of problem with American Jews exercising their right of self defense. I don't see it as an anti-gun stance as much as I do an anti-Jews-with-guns stance. As such, it seems to be a far more deep seeded problem than a simple anti-gun position.
Are we not all American citizens, and enjoy the same rights and freedoms equally? There is no addendum to the 2nd amendment that states "except for the deaf, women, those of questionable morality, Jews, those who reside in substandard housing, the Irish, single mothers, or those with blonde hair."

I gave no opinion but only asked if this was one of the groups which lives off public assistance. That such Jewish groups exist in NYC is no secret. I first heard about the scam from Lynne Samuels on WABC radio. She had an opinion about them. Not a very good one I might add. The animosity (which is intense) directed against them comes mainly from fellow Jews. Few gentiles know much about them at all. But you know all this.
