Read the Apostle Paul. When the Corinthain Church knew and covered up the FACT of a SINGLE member's incest with his mother, he castigated them for not throwing him out of the church. The RCC has too many pedophiles to number right now, and too many Bishops hiding them, using RCC Member's money to defend them in court, without not a single instance of these pedophiles being thrown out of the church.
1 Corinthians 5:1 It is reported commonly that there is fornication among you, and such fornication as is not so much as named among the Gentiles, that one should have his father's wife.
2 And ye are puffed up, and have not rather mourned, that he that hath done this deed might be taken away from among you.
3 For I verily, as absent in body, but present in spirit, have judged already, as though I were present, concerning him that hath so done this deed,
4 In the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, when ye are gathered together, and my spirit, with the power of our Lord Jesus Christ,
5 To deliver such an one unto Satan for the destruction of the flesh, that the spirit may be saved in the day of the Lord Jesus.
6 Your glorying is not good. Know ye not that a little leaven leaveneth the whole lump?
7 Purge out therefore the old leaven, that ye may be a new lump, as ye are unleavened. For even Christ our passover is sacrificed for us:
8 Therefore let us keep the feast, not with old leaven, neither with the leaven of malice and wickedness; but with the unleavened bread of sincerity and truth.
9 I wrote unto you in an epistle not to company with fornicators:
10 Yet not altogether with the fornicators of this world, or with the covetous, or extortioners, or with idolaters; for then must ye needs go out of the world.
11 But now I have written unto you not to keep company, if any man that is called a brother be a fornicator, or covetous, or an idolater, or a railer, or a drunkard, or an extortioner; with such an one no not to eat. 12 For what have I to do to judge them also that are without? do not ye judge them that are within? 13 But them that are without God judgeth. Therefore put away from among yourselves that wicked person.
And the recent ruling confirms this. They are still allowing these men to be priests. It makes no difference that these men are 'behind the scenes', they are still in the church, they are still priests, and they still do the duties of the church behind the scenes!!
Show me where Jesus said to allow pedophiles to remain as leaders in the Pulpit!!
The Leaders of the church were to be beyond suspicion!!
1 Timothy 3:1 This is a true saying, If a man desire the office of a bishop, he desireth a good work.
2 A bishop then must be blameless, the husband of one wife, vigilant, sober, of good behaviour, given to hospitality, apt to teach;
3 Not given to wine, no striker, not greedy of filthy lucre; but patient, not a brawler, not covetous;
4 One that ruleth well his own house, having his children in subjection with all gravity;
5 (For if a man know not how to rule his own house, how shall he take care of the church of God?)
6 Not a novice, lest being lifted up with pride he fall into the condemnation of the devil.
7 Moreover he must have a good report of them which are without; lest he fall into reproach and the snare of the devil.
8 Likewise must the deacons be grave, not doubletongued, not given to much wine, not greedy of filthy lucre;
9 Holding the mystery of the faith in a pure conscience.
10 And let these also first be proved; then let them use the office of a deacon, being found blameless.
11 Even so must their wives be grave, not slanderers, sober, faithful in all things.
12 Let the deacons be the husbands of one wife, ruling their children and their own houses well.
13 For they that have used the office of a deacon well purchase to themselves a good degree, and great boldness in the faith which is in Christ Jesus.
But he'll never be portrayed in the same vain as Law, because Law is considered a conservative and Baloney is a liberal. Mother Angelica had this beaut pegged way back.
I decided to jump back online to celebrated Padre Pio Santo, and I come across this.
This is what we do:
We make renewed sacrifices, penances, and acts of reparation to the Sacred Heart of Jesus. We beg St. Padre Pio's invervention. We implore the intecession and intervention of our great reformers daily:
St. Ephrem of Edessa, pray for us.
St. Benedict, pray for us.
St. Scholastica, pray for us.
St. Francis, pray for us.
St. Claire, pray for us.
St. Dominic, pray for us.
St. Catherine of Siena, pray for us.
St. Teresa of Avila, pray for us.
St. John of the Cross, pray for us.
We go to daily Mass. We daily pray the Rosary. We daily pray the Chaplet of Divine Mercy. We try to offer as many holy hours before the Blessed Sacrament as we can for reparation for the outrages of these traitorous bishops, priests, deacons, and religious.
We start sending information like this to every Catholic and Christian media service. We snail mail copies to Doug Keck and Raymond Arroyo at EWTN. We e-mail or snail-mail information to Bishop Bruskewitz in Lincoln, Nebraska.
We write the Pope in Polish if possible and we send the letter to the Pope's trusted aid, Msgr. Dziwisz.
We begin with things such as these my friends.
Your sister in the Sacred Heart of Jesus and the Immaculate Heart of Mary,
Siobhan
We must bring him down by sending documentation and information on him to the Weekly Standard, to Rod Dreher, to Peggy Noonan, to Deal Hudson, to the Washington Times -- to any person in the news biz and pray to God they run with it.

Subject: Times Story
Privileged Client--Attorney Communication
All:
Well, the Times article did not turn out as negative as I feared. They
were able to get in some positive things for a change.
As always, they got a few factual things wrong or inaccurate.
But now I am freed from the accusation that I am hiding from the press
and unwilling to discuss these issues publicly. Larry Stammer said that a
lot of good has been done with the press and media by doing the interview, and that he stands ready to help if we have a story we want to get out.
Larry is going to do a story on our Seminaries soon--that will be
helpful.
My best estimate is that by mid-May any new problems will have been
uncovered, and that we can begin the healing process over the coming
months. If it starts before then, that is fine. It's the new cases, like the
Jesuits today, that keep the story alive.
And I did not give numbers!! In fact, with our various cases now I
don't even know what the numbers are myself!!

A couple of questions: how did the radio station get the e-mail? The Boston Globe got a lot documents in the Boston cases by FOIA request, and others by order of the presiding judge in the case.
What's this "Privileged client-attorney communication" at the top? It's a communication with his lawyers? Media@la-archdiocese.org is an attorney?
that we can begin the healing process over the coming months.
Has no ever told him it's very dangerous to allow an infected wound to "heal" without clearing the infection up first?
May I add to your list two real examples that were related to me by a family member and praised:
1. Said Mass dressed in a carpenter's apron replete with tools on St. Joseph's Feast Day.
2. Consecrated and distributed pieces of pita bread as Communion, and explained to the parishioners that it didn't matter what was used as the Body of Christ.

GOOFUS, NOT GALLANT: [Rod Dreher] Isn't it, like, perfect that the American bishops put President Clinton's lawyer on their review board? How do you say in Latin, "That depends on what the definition of 'is' is"? I don't suppose they could have put BILL Bennett on the board, inasmuch as he's called for all the cover-up bishops to get the hell out of town. I've just come in from a very long postmortem panel discussion here in Dallas, at which Bishop Fabian Bruskewitz of Lincoln, Catholic World Report's Phil Lawler, Goodbye, Good Men author Michael S. Rose, Helen Hull Hitchcock and others spoke. Details to follow in Monday's NRO, but I gotta tell you, folks, the mood among orthodox RCs here is grim. This "hapless bench of bishops," as Bp. Bruskewitz called them tonight, couldn't even agree that the role of dissent and homosexuality in this catastrophe was worth studying. The conclusion is obvious: if reform is to come, it's not going to come from the bishops.

BTW, NRO's blog site is very informative.
BTW, this was clear evidence that the Holy Father needs to abolish the USCCB immediately.
I couldn't figure out how to order through the link given, but I'm sure an answer will be forthcoming.
When has he thought of anything else?
