I just got up myself not too long ago, and finally got online....

Poor Lulu, got gyped out of her walk..well, you are right, those bassets are forgiving souls... She will make up for it by demanding a long walk tomorrow...she understands that somestimes her 'mommy' just needs a little extra sleep...

hi sweetie
Bill slept in tent in backyard again (it is cooler there)
when he woke up at crack of dawn he whistled for them
but they were both sound asleep and refused to come
I heard his whistle and knew what it meant
I went back to sleep too
Lulu woke me up by walking on my head when Bill took Happy out
it was too warm for walk by then
I gave her breakfast of Krafts singles, yes I hope to make it up to her tomorrow
