My recollection is that he was described (at the time of the OKC bombing) as a darker skinned, swarthy individual of either hispanic or middle eastern appearance.

Not making any bets as to which of us is right on this one - but my recollection is pretty strong.

Ambrose Evans-Pritchard made the case that Michael Brescia could well have been John Doe #2 in his book "The Secret Life of Bill Clinton".

Brescia was an olive-skinned Italian-American from Philly. Anyone know what ever happened to that theory?
