Yes, and besides, the number the milkman wrote down was 266RDA. Cops couldn't find that one in the database. Closest to it was 266XJH. So they send out an APB for Edmunds. Something doesn't pass the smell test here.

So it's entirely possible that Edmunds was never even around the Smarts and only got drawn into this because 1) he has a car which vaguely resembles another person's and has a similar license plate number, 2) is a convicted felon out on parole, and 3) showed up at the vigil? Like I said before, if this is true, he has to be one of the most unlucky SOBs I've run across in a long time.

Ummmm... hopefully that would be the "new" FBI vs the "old" FBI. After all, the old FBI did such a bang-up job helping the DC Police Dept. find out who killed Chandra Levy.
