If that it what the people of SC want him to do and it wont get him booted out of office then that is his perogative.
Looks like the Fed'll have to go somewhere else...I dont see a Conservative Administration fighting over this.

You can be sure they'll send it to an area that's economically depressed with a high rate of unemployment. That's what they did in Carlsbad, New Mexico. The people were so desperate for jobs that the DOE's "Madison Avenue" public relations people were able to convince them it would be a good thing for their community.

I dont see a Conservative Administration fighting over this. Me neither. That's why Bush is sure to fight. This is exactly the sort of thing for which the well-regulated militia is to be used. "A well-regulated militia, being necessary for the security of a Free State...."

BTW==our State troopers still wear Confederate Grey uniforms...I'd love to have a gov. to tell the Federal Judge, "We'll, it's gonna be your marshalls against my troopers and national guard. BTW, our Air National Guard has F16 Falcon's." I can dream, can't I?"
