Isn't that the truth. Hodges seems to be doing a bit of reaching lately. He's caved on basically everything else on the conservative side in SC, this is one of those middle of the road things. He can tell the libs he wants to protect the enviroment, while he tells the conservatives he's standing up against the general government. Either way, he could win a vote or two. I'm just waiting to see if it gets to the point that troopers would stand up to the feds.

At first, I thought this article was going to be about another stupid NAACP rally.....but Hodges must be up to something. I applaud him for taking a stand, though.
