The weather has been very wierd. One day, it's 90, the next is cold maybe 50, it's been raining almost every day, and not just little rain, but thunder storms and such. We were just outside on the patio, and of of our dogs, who we call the barometer, came and sat right by me. Well, you have to know Vickie, she absolutely is hates thunder. She needs to stick right by me, and only me during storms. At night, if it storms, she sleeps on the floor next to me. I asked my hubby if there were storms predicted, he didn't know. The sky was blue, it was breezy, and 5 minutes later the storm started. Vickie is laying on my feet now. That's nice. She's a 90 pounder.

One of mine is the same way - and she weighs 150!!!

I dread being away from the house if a storm comes up - she has broken closet doors in an effort to hide.

One time we came home after being stranded because of a storm and she had emptied everything out of the bottom of the pantry.

What a mess that was - flour and sugar everywhere, and my black dog wasn't black that night!!!
