"Summary: The word of marine geologists William Ryan and Walter Pitman are correct. The word of God is wrong. Haha, Who do you believe, Ryan & Pitman or God?I believe Ryan & Pittman. The people who wrote the bible spoke of this flood but, I have yet to see anything written by God about it. (Besides, the stories are compatable)

The people who wrote the bible spoke of this flood but, I have yet to see anything written by God about it. I believe the Bible is the inspired word of God.
I don't believe it is just another book written by man.
I guess it is all a matter of faith.

Something else written by God..... through a person, also mentions....
"They are darkened in their understanding and separated from the life of God because of the ignorance that is in them due to the hardening of their hearts."
Ephesians 4:18

I believe Ryan & Pittman. The people who wrote the bible spoke of this flood but, I have yet to see anything written by God about it. 2 Timothy 3:16 All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:
Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all longsuffering and doctrine.
For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears;
And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables.
2 Timothy 4:2-4

I have yet to see anything written by God about it Trying to be cute? Well, those of us who believe that the Bible is "the Word of God," can say, "God 'writes' the people who write the Book, and the book of nature, for that matter. He being the great producer of this great play. He has the advantage over us in that he knows how it turns out in the end. As the old hymn says, "We'll understand it, all bye and bye."
