Now it becomes more apparent where the insanity of the Islamists comes from. Like you they claim to have their Gods ear and to know his heart. I seem to remember pride and arrogance being among the seven deadly sins. Surely one who claims to know Gods mind is arrogant indeed.

If we were to claim to know God's mind merely from our own speculation, I would agree. But I believe God has revealed his mind (in a limited sense) to man through the prophets, through His Word, and finally in the person of his only Son who was His Son from birth, Jesus Christ, who dies, was buried, and was resurrected from the dead.
I am not being contentious with you, I am just sharing what I believe the teachings of God's Word are, as I understand them.

We cannot know all of God's mind - of course not. But we know the important stuff through His word. (Well, you don't even have that, because you reject the idea that it is His word.)

Well, it wasn't God's mind I was reading, it was His word I was trying to paraphrase. Much difference, especially since the Muslims have only a cult leader to follow, Christians who read their Bible have the Word of God revealed through Jesus Christ. That means we have the true, revealed Word of God!
Some things you have to believe before you understand. I can get you a Bible if you like. Would you like me to get you one?
