I think he's in jail - cuz there was talk early on of him being taken to a medical type facilty for a while - away from where he is regularly held.

He's been in jail since 2/22/02. Because of the nature of the crime, bail was not even considered. I suppose someone from Feldman's office takes that suit to the cleaners regularly. It's gray tweed, the witnesses are color blind.
