Every religion has it's good and bad points, and I'd offer that the older the religion the more confusing. Some of the most rude, uncouth, discourteous, vulgar, foul, ugly religous arguments I've seen were Christians arguing about the King James Bible.
I guess it's like any other tool. Depends on how you use it.
They hate the world of womans liberation that they themselves have created!

Uh, I asume you know Islam is the "newest" of the major religions. Islam's problem is their culture never had an "Age of Enlightenment".

Umm...yeah, as if Islam holds the patent on that...I can think of many religions that hold both sexes to be spiritual equals..

When entering the bathroom, however, a Muslim has to enter with the left foot first, and when coming out, with the right foot first.

Before prayers, the body has to be washed in a precise and orderly way (right hand up to the wrist, then left hand, then right arm up to elbow, then left arm, etc). The Muslim has to wipe his head with wet hands, and it is absolutely necessary that this is done with the three fingers between the little finger and the thumb of both hands being joined together.
It's a target rich environment.
