Thank you...I didn't realize Google cached The Onion. The funniest part is, I bet Gore thought a lot of these things while on campaign stops. Then again, most politicians probably do, especially near the end of a long campaign tour.

Mayor Mike Bloomberg, Republican of New York City, is a quiet, amazingly humble man. He actually takes the subway to work every day.
Hillary came to the subway once, for a photo op. She ordinarily barrels around the city in her armor plated limo (at taxpayer expense) plus secret service entourage, occasionally running over someone like the police officer at Westchester County Airport asking for credentials.

I might have considered voting for Al Gore if he was ever even remotely that amusing.
