My understanding is that the Islamic religion has a similar commandment...what I don't understand is how non-fanatical Muslims can passively sit by and allow butchers to blasphemy their religion as justification for mass-murder. American Muslims should be at the forefront of people speaking out against the fanatics, but I simply haven't seen much of that.
