Ive been one of those agitating against our government locking up US citizens indefinitely without charges and not revealing the evidence against them.
But this guy is not a citizen, has been charged with a brutal crime, there is tons of evidence and witnesses.
Let the torture begin. (we'll give him a trial and all that, then back date the torture to make it all legal-like)
When you think about it, what BETTER place for a terrorist "safe house", than a big hotel? Having people coming and going at all hours, carrying luggage and boxes would not seem out of the ordinary. It would be really hard to keep them under surveillance without the cooperation of hotel staff (who might be in on the deal), etc, etc.
