No biggie from what I can see and I havent heard a single argument that even remotely sounds convincing..
The people of the States outlawed prostitution, building nukes in the garage AND growing weed.. and no one has proved to me that cannot do this thus far..

You again fail to answer the questions put to you. It is your position that we collectively define murder. Thus, if we defined murder as only applying to individuals but not state agencies, it would apparently be perfectly fine with you. Your argument dictates that morality itself is defined in law rather than law mirroring objective morality.
Moral equivalence is generally suspect. But not in your eyes apparently.
Furthermore, your logic is so flawed that you refuse to answer any questions which expose these flaws. Could you as an individual murder somebody and be morally justified?
