The decades old prohibition on drugs didn't prevent this crime, so how could this Superior Court Judge make such a stupid leap of logic?

---------------------------------

The same way our resident drug warriors do, -- sheer ignorance.

The truth is this monster also just happened to take methamphetamine.

Ahh as a youth they probable called him the cookie monster, as a baby he was probable the titty monster. Friends don't let monsters grow up. Something rotted his values, about the same rate as drugs. Hmmmm...

At law?

Illicit drugs are contraband.

Guns are legal property, illicit drugs are contraband.

An aluminum bat and a metal pole, both with blood on them, were found at the scene, and witnesses said they also saw the boy attacked with a bat.

Richard was trick-or-treating with his brother and a friend about 8:50 p.m. Sunday when they knocked on Randall Colbrunn's door, according to the Hesperia Police Department.

Colbrunn allegedly hit Richard on the head with the golf club again and again, and when the club broke, he stabbed the boy in the back with the broken shaft, police said.

"It's become very obvious that roscoe & his silly cohorts here see themselves as some of the above 'finer clay, - appointed agents' of the state types. How weird."
They've dug themselves a damn deep hole. I've asked this 'finer clay' now numerous times to turn some drug user in - yet nothing (making them closet Libertine Libertarians given how easy it would be). You all have argued the Constitutional and natural rights ideas successfully, and still no dents in their skulls. And the icing is that you can't get them to follow their own logic and call for banning all alcohol, cigarettes, much less sugars and fats (which would at least have made them morally consistent and worthy of respect).

So truthfully, at this point they are nothing more than flaming hypocrites, worthy only of contempt. I even think many of the libertarians here might go for some sort of limited regulation or penalties, but that isn't what this is all about.

This is all about these guys having a paternalistic god-complex that they can't allow to be challenged lest it crumble completely along with their world views. If they aren't telling others what to do and emphasizing others are amoral crap, they ain't happy (nopardons even claimed he was my 'better'). It doesn't matter if the issue is drugs, or cops, or safety helmets, we could be talking about bowling shoe rules and they would have to vindicate their egos (Only amoral Libertine Libertarian idiots would wear one-color bowling shoes!! I can hear them chiming). Since it is their parsimonious personal validation at stake and not logic or the solution of real world problems, it has become quite sad, and exceedingly weird.

No, not at all.  His moral turpitude allowed him to act in an heinous
manor for which he should be held accountable with no consideration
of the circumstances.   Blaming inanimate items in any way is a crutch
for weak-minded losers to continue to prey on civilization.  Legalize
drugs and hold people fully accountable for their misuse and the drug
problem would disappear in only a few years. Your way sure hasn't
worked after scores of years.

"What exactly is their problem? They have access to an unlimited supply. The chances of being caught are slim to none and yet they portray the WOD as the greatest danger to the Republic since the Revolution. I wish they could make up their minds."

So you agree that the WOD is a failure, that to win it would take ten times the resources? Quite an admission.

By the way, I'm waiting for that list of drug users you were going to send me, or are you a closet Libertine who would let them go? Gutless hypocrite breaking the law by not turning in acquaintences. You should be ashamed.

Not at all. I am just wondering why YOU think it is a failure but want it stopped? Hell a little risk makes life worth living right?

Yep, and its been going on now for over four years.
- Many of us libertarians are still here, posting with the same names, - as voices of reason & rationality. -- The warriors come & go with various names, as they burn out and destroy any/all of their credibility as 'conservatives'.
