A resident of the state of California is subject to the state income tax.
Have some tax protester nonsense you would like to post?

You said, "the public has decided to establish such rights." The public has established rights for individuals to use public pools.
If the public can establish rights then it logically follows that the public can de-establish them.
A public pool can be closed.
Simple.

A public pool can be closed. Simple.
A church can be closed. Simple.
Where do rights come and how are they defined?

A church can be closed. Simple. Simple and false.

The question for Roscoe was whether he believed Bacardi 151 should be outlawed (as it has worse effects than most illegal drugs), a YES/NO question. His reply:
Asked and answered. Some alcoholic beverages are legal, some aren't. Some drugs are legal, some aren't.
At this point, what can anyone do but laugh, Roscoe is incapable of even a simple direct answer (sort of like liberals, no?). Anyone who debates with Roscoe is on a Mission Impossible, a search for sanity where none exists. Roscoe, you put all your arguments, and the arguments of your cohorts at risk of ridicule, that ought to make you proud.

You appear to be extremely afraid of answering a question. Is the taking of innocent life always wrong or isn't it?

Ignorant. False. Yes you are both ignorant and spouting false nonsense if you believe that all activity falls under statutory jurisdiction.

True. Cypress to force church-land sale
Property rights don't really exist according to you. You said the public grants rights. Therefore, it logically follows that the public can also repeal them, right Roscoe?
Where do rights come and how are they defined?

One size doesn't fit all.

Roscoe dug himself into a pretty deep hole today. His nonsensical answers smack of desperation.

Cypress didn't open a public church. So is it your contention then that the Church is not really a part of the Cypress community?

Your claim that "he is only subject to statute if his lease agreement is written" is false and unsupported.
Have you found that Miller quote yet?

His nonsensical answers smack of desperation. He doesn't get desperate. He simply has no shame. He isn't capable of answering direct questions since he'd then have to stick to a position and admit that his logic is vapor.

Most certainly.. But, who makes that judgment?
Who is charged with this Demi?
Don't tell me it's the citizens of the very same state that don't have the right to self determination..
For if they can find you guilty, certainly they can rule against pot smoking..
