Makes you stop and think, especially with the flag at half mast.
There was no caption with the photo - but judging from the angle of the picture I would say it is probably at Liberty island.
I could be wrong - but that's my best guesstimate - and the the flag being flown at half could have been for any number of reasons or occasions.
