Here for the story and then, if you could possibly post a story on the main board - and ping the NC LIST - to read this...ESPECIALLY CARY PEOPLE BECAUSE THE CITY COUNCIL IS GOING TO ACTUALLY VOTE ON NEXT YEAR'S BUDGET NEXT WEEK ....so we will see if this is just TALK (as I suspect) or the first ever tax cut passed by a Democratically controlled City Council / Mayor / anybody!
